It's far from clear what you're trying to do.
- Are you referring to music that you've purchased, or music accessed through an Apple Music subscription?
- Is the player an Apple device? If so, use iTunes on a Windows PC or older Mac (using OS Mojave or earlier) or Finder on a newer Mac, using OS Catalina or later.
