I got a virus warning on my iPod Touch. Should I be concerned?
I downloaded a game and as soon as I did my iPod touch showed a virus warning and I then immediately deleted it what do I do now

You don't need to do anything. You do not have a virus. The game you downloaded popped up an ad that attempted to scare you into purchasing a product you don't need. The game developer was paid to present that fake advertisement to you.
