apple usb superdrive & loading cds into cloud

hi all, i've been loading my cds into the cloud with the apple usb superdrive for several years. very often now i get error 54 noting that the first song could not be uploaded, hence the rest of the cd is also inactive to upload. this continues after trying with several discs. i did note on the apple music customer service overview that, if' i'm reading it correctly, i can upload what i've bought from the store. huh ? since when ?

i could torture u with the last little issue that has arisen, but it would be too long-winded 😆..... it does not involve the one u resolved, tho..it's all about how it seems that apple music / iTunes is not very intuitive, and there are some glitches that are very annoying and time consuming...i'll catch you later for it ! thanks again
