We need to see what all is running, a report from this will not display any personal info...

Enable Full Drive Access to get more info in the report, but good job so far, I'd expect itto be running smoother.

I haven't sen it myself, but have read that Adguard & VPN can be a problem.

Looks pretty good, I think you should get rid of Adguard & VPN if you can.

Suggest you try Brave for a Browser, it's Chrome Browser without google & without Ads...

1 From the Finder, select the Go menu at top of the screen, and choose Go to Folder.

2 In the window that opens, enter ~/Library, and click Go.
