Why are my emails being blocked on my Mac?

It appears that Apple is blocking most of my commercial and some of my personal emails on my Mac/iCloud account. Also, I haven't received junk mail in about a week.

Remove your email account, then add it back

If no other solutions work:

Remove your email account in Mail.
Add your email account in Mail again. When adding the account, make sure that you choose the correct email service provider for your email address.
Try again to send and receive email.

This is not just on my Mac but also in iCloud, iPhone, iPad. Would removing and reinstalling account from my computer matter?
