I have two separate Apple Books under my iCloud - one has 1.4GB and the other has 84.7KB, however, neither one will open. When I went to my books app on my phone, over half my books are missing. What is wrong? How can I fix this?
Also, Books is turned on for Apps using iCloud.

2 Books under Manage Account Storage is normal. Check that Books is turned on at Settings > Books > iCloud Drive. If it is turn off and turn back on. Do this on all devices using Books in iCloud Drive.
