Logic is not recording my guitar signal through Focusrite 2i2 ver4. My microphone records fine. I changed guitar cables and tried both inputs. The guitar works fine on amps and registers in Focusrite, even plays clearly through the Direct monitor. But the audio recorded is a loud clicking sound and some guitar.
Yup! Turned down the gain on the instrument. Also tried on a different focus rite ver 2 and the same static is happening. I’m running Logic on a MacBook Pro with plenty of room connected with the usb c adapter. It was all running fine until like three weeks ago.
And the scarlet is definitely on the instrument setting?
