Logic Automation out of sync

Hey! I have an issue with a project where I'm doing some automation on a synth bus, and everytime I bounce (offline or realtime) the automation gets out of sync. I have tried everything, using rosetta, removing different third party plugins, I've even tried doing basic volume automation instead and the problem persists. The only thing working is turning of sample accurate automation and moving the automation by ear, but that means I will have to go through the whole project and change the automation (and I guess it also means the automation sync will move if I load a new plugin that introduce latency). This is not a viable option I need sample accurate automation.

I have no problem with the synchronisation listening inside the daw but everytime I hit bounce the automation happens to early. It seems like sample accurate automation gets turned off when I hit bounce. Have any of you experienced anything similar? And do you know a solution for this issue?
