Mac Studio M2 and the external drive goes to sleep, wakes up and goes to sleep again

I ran into such a problem on my Mac Studio M2 with Mac OS Sonoma operating system that some external drives go to sleep, wake up after a while and go to sleep after 10-15 seconds.

Such a problem was with the external disk Wd my book 8 TB

, but with the external disk Wd Elements 4tb such a problem was not observed.

Now I bought an external drive Acasis EC-7352 for two disks that are in raid 1 and when I looked at the photos through the explorer, if I do not access the disk for several minutes, then it goes to sleep and to open the next photo, the drive wakes up, which takes some time and then everything repeats the same in a way.

I did not find how to fix the problem. In the settings of OS Sonoma, in power saving mode, I turned off the sleep mode, sent commands through the terminal to turn off the sleep mode for the disk.

Maybe who knows what needs to be done?
