I am trying to get into my mother's Mac. She wants to start to get online again. Cannot remember her password or ID. Screen logs on to the password page. Cannot reset for new password. Help?
H’okay… does your mother have an Intel Mac or an Apple Silicon one? You can look on the back or foot ( somewhere on the outside for a model number ( starts with “A”) , write it down/remember it and go to everymac.com … where you can type it in… anyways… try this:
