Connecting Siri to a Samsung tv

I was trying to look into setting Siri up to turn on my tv and PS5 at a certain time. But every thing says Apple TV and the only way I’ve found to connect my phone is by Bluetooth which works only for music. Can I only connect Siri with apple products or is there a usb or something that could work?

Siri (the digital assistant, not the remote) can do some actions, scenes and automations on select Matter and HomeKit compatible accessories. This is done indirectly through a HomeKit home hub (Apple TV box, HomePod smart speaker, or always-home iPad).

Siri itself is just the talking/listening assistant (interface). Any pre-defined actions on home automations are configured elsewhere: in the Home app on iPhone or iPad.

Samsung smart TVs don’t support HomeKit. I haven’t seen PS5 mentioned for this, so I assume that it doesn’t support HomeKit either.
