I understand the contextual menu pops up often, but it isn’t working when clicking on a graphic that has a link in it. I would like to have it copy the address of the link.

Look at the link with your eyes. Once it becomes highlighted, then press your thumb and forefinger together, keeping them pressed…
A pop up menu will allow you to download your file, either to photos app, or the FILES app
There's two ways but the main one will be with your eyes and when you tap your index finger on your thumb.
If the screen is closer, you can tap the virtual screen with your index finger like on an iPad.
Long press will work like a right click or a double finger click on trackpad.
You probably have issues because of the eye calibration. I tend to recalibrate every day because just the position of the Apple Vision Pro on your face can break the calibration.
