I logged out of my Facebook messenger due to it not loading previous images from conversations, when I looked back in I was asked to sync for the End to End encrypted chat, when I click sync now it keeps telling me “couldn’t access your key in iCloud Drive”.
It tells me to sign in to the iCloud that it’s saved on, but when I got to my iCloud I’m logged In

The same thing is happening to me but I only have one apple ID so cant have a different one that i used to set it up with. Its really frustrating me
I also only gave 1 ID, was on the phone to Apple tech support and they can’t figure it out either
I’m guessing this still hasn’t been corrected yet? I can’t find an actual solution online.
