is there a way to see if my recovery key has been used?

So I had got arrested and left my phone and everything with the girl i was seeing, when i come home i realize my book with all my passwords in it is missing, which is where i kept my 28-# recovery key, and a lot of information is missing, not just for the 9 months i was away but all the stored information prior to that is missing, so is there a way i can check to see if my recovery key has been used? Whether it has or has not been used I need to get another one if possible????
