Apps I've Paid For Won't Install On My New MacBook

My old MacBook went Tango Uniform. The Time Machine wouldn't transfer anything to my new MacBook. I tried ti install CleanMyMacX (which I had bought for the old Macbook) but now Apple wants me to buy it again. How can I fix that? Thanks.

MacBook Air 15″, macOS 14.6

I suspect that you either bought CMM from their website directly so that Apple was never a party to the sale or there is a newer version that the developers are charging for.
