Siri’s inability to perform

Siri’s lack of abilities on Home Pod. When asked to play and her response is “there is a problem with Apple Music right now”. SUPPORT is not offering any support!!! I recently bought TWO home pods because I saw a commercial and an ad about being able to use them as an intercom in home. Not sure if I got scammed or what but still can’t figure that one out either.

As for the response of a "problem with Apple Music right now", that sounds like a temporary issue with a problem on the Apple Music server, not your device. Is this happening all the time? Viewing the System Status page there does not seem a be a problem with Apple Music currently.

For further troubleshooting with the HomePod, remove them from the Home App and add them back to see if it resolves the issue.
