Are there any Microsoft viruses in macs?

There's no such thing as a Trojan spyware virus. They're mixing as many types of malware names as they can think of to panic the recipient.

The number WILL be to a scammer. Do not call them, do not respond to the email or message. Just delete and ignore.

It's just a web page like any other: Phony "tech support" / "ransomware" popups and web pages - Apple Community. You don't have to believe what it says.
