"No Internet Connection" msg in Yahoo Mail in OSX Chrome -- Freeze Caused by "Live Caption"

On client's Sonoma Mac Mini, in Chrome, when she visited Yahoo Mail, and would preview images in a zip-file attachment, she could click on and preview around 4 to 8 of the images in the zip file, but before sooner or later the blue yahoo progress circle would appear and then Chrome would freeze up in general and require force-quitting.

It turned out to be caused by the "Live Caption" checkbox in Chrome Settings Accessibility.

I wouldn't have discovered it except that the black "Live Captions Unavailable" box appeared just enough times to clue me in.
