How to contact Apple Support for Warranty problems on MacBook

I bought a new Macbook from a distributor. When I turned on the computer, the battery was off. I went to an apple store for replacement and I had to pay the battery because the distributor did not activet the warrantee. He did it when I ask him to cover the battery replacement under his warrantee program. They told me to contact Apple. Apple does not want to cover it while it is an issue between Apple and their distributor. I am the end user and a victim between distributor and Apple. Trully disapointing. Do you have any e-mail address to recommend to efficiently assist for my claim?

If the distributor was not an authorized Apple reseller, then the warranty would have started when whoever was the official reseller sold the Mac to that "distributor". So the warranty may indeed have expired. And if you have already spoken with Apple Support in your country and they've refused reimbursement, then there's probably nothing further you can do other than going back to this "distributor" and trying to work with them further on the issue, since it appears to have been their mistake (if they are indeed Apple-authorized). To the best of my knowledge, there is no regional or global AppleCare team that you could contact.

In any case, there's nothing any of us here can do to help with this issue.

Regards.

I thank you but :

- distributor activated the end user warrantee after the battery replacement

- Apple considered at that time that computer was 2 years old as distributor took ownership 2 years ago

- On Apple care, the warrantee states expiry on June 2025

Apple does not want to reimburse me for the replacement of the battery, while the origin of this issue is due to the distributor who updated the warrantee after having delivered the computer to me. Therefore I need to make a complain to Apple Europe Applecare team.
