My music files are in a multitude of Music an diTunes folders it seems. Consolidating seems in order. When I do this it starts copying but the I get this error message

Try Repair security permissions for Music/iTunes for Mac - Apple Community. Make sure there will be sufficient space. See also Managing your Mac media libraries - Apple Community.

Thanks. Ive checked and all folders are OK and not locked with the right permissions. Fine are all .m4a
so now what??
