what are the pro and cons of using wifi or ethernet with a Mac mini m2 ? what should I use ?

Both. Put Ethernet on top in the Network settings service order (although the Mac might pick the fastest interface anyway). Wi-Fi is used for the location, if possible (and of course for networking if you disconnect Ethernet).
