I have a 2017 Intel MacBook Pro that I need to use for a while yet, but the last compatible macOS version is Ventura. I would like to update my iPhone from iOS17 to iOS18. If I do that will my Notes and Reminders and other iCloud syncing work OK?

It appears that document was published on March 22, 2024. Usually, when Apple updates them, that changes to "Updated on" as I recall. So, it may not be accurate.
It should work with iOS 18 still, as no real changes to iCloud were made on iOS 18.
