omg thank you so much i updated my phone like last week and was messing around with settings idk why, and after i turned off vocal shortcuts it solved my problem so thank youuuu

Have this too- new iPhone 16 pro max and Apple music slow to change tracks and edit playlists. Super laggy. Just got iOS 18.1 and Apple Music still slow and lags when changing tracks

So my vocal shortcuts were never active. However I contacted Apple today and my issue is now resolved by deleting a VPN that was on my phone (that I never used )

So for me, vocal shortcuts was not the issue…my issue is fixed now as Apple had me delete a VPN that was on the phone but I did not use.

I can upload new albums but not the rest of the songs that I have in my iTunes library. This is so weird.

Same exact problem. Automatic downloads is off yet it keeps downloading and consuming any available storage.

I do not have vocal shortcuts enabled (never have) and I've still been having all of the described issues.
