Timers are bizarrely reordered in watchOS 11

I use timers on my watch most days, but the "upgrade" to watchOS 11 has royally screwed them up.

The most recently used list seems to be gone. This is not good, not good at all. I could go days just pulling timers from that list. Is there a way to get it back?

Even that wouldn't be so lousy, but the rest of the timers aren't in order of duration anymore. They've been separated into two sections, the first for timers that are defined by Apple and the second for custom timers. What? Who cares if it's a custom timer or not. When I go to look for my 40 minute timer, it should be right after the 30 minute timer, not in a completely separate section. Half the time I don't know if it's a custom timer or not, nor should I have to remember that.

Does anyone know if there's there a way to get back to the far more intelligently grouped timers?
