Ipad IOS18 update this morning. Mail not working properly

I use Email App for 3 accounts, 2 if them work ok but my main account wont receive emails since the time of the update. It will send ok. So I went to accounts and re-entered the Password and it said after "please enter PW" It wouldn’t verify either. I can still send though. Weird. I know I gave the correct PW. Everything Ok with email on samsung phone and laptop.

any idea what i should do? Other than delete the account.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I am the administrator!

The Comcast email account works ok on my Samsung phone and my iPad.

on my laptop using Outlook (360) it keeps putting up a box which says can’t connect and showing the lines for the PW etc. I re-input the PW and a few seconds later it pops up again.

I don’t want to delete the account as I have a lot of stuff archived.

Any ideas welcome.
