1st problem - must have turned on "Letter accents". How do u turn em off?
Can sticky keys and accessibility keyboard be on at the same time?? If not,, is there a way to toggle between them??

Are you talking about the popup with accented characters which appears when you press and hold a key? That is standard behavior for MacOS for many years now. If it is something else, please provide details.
If you want to turn off that popup, you can follow this note, just changing the "true" to "false".
