IOS18 Voice Short Cuts

Is anyone else having issues with IOS18 and voice short cuts? I set it up, initially it was working but now it is not, I tried this on my iPhone 15 pro max and now I just received the 16 max pro, I deleted all of the short cuts and start from scratch and it is still not working, I get the 3 check marks regarding to my vice and it confirms that it is set up but when I try to say the phases, nothing happens. This is a Great feature only Peter if it actually worked :)
