apple + tv icon not loading video on my tv

Up until about a week ago accesss to the Apple+tv app on our tv's (internet/cable prev. provided by Shaw - not Rogers) was working on all of out tv's in our household.

We can sign in, see movies etc to watch, choose one, works while playing intro then cuts off to "couldn't load video, check internet connection and try again. Under trouble shooting: internet: no problems -OK . We signed out of account/reset/unplugged main cable provider box -reboot/unplugged internet modem/. Apple does play on my ipad gen5/apple tv box 4/. We watch on our tvs only. Help

Thanks! Did that, unplugged everything I could. Didn’t make a difference. It’s like a Small block/glitch somewhere.

Talked to Rogers , our provider, checked our account with Apple.

reset all the apps Disney,Netflix ,Prime and of course Apple+. Rebooted tv’s

Disclaimer I didn’t get to one tv to unplug it at the same time as the rest. Rebooted everything on that one. Kinda exhausting to say the least. I’m at a loss and am running out of spare time. Thanks for your suggestion.
