Just updated to Sequoia and Safari 18, now my bank bill pay isn't working. Turned off all security for the website, still no luck. Anyone else experienced this and found a fix yet? I'm going to poke around and see if I can get it to work and will update if I find the fix.

Same problem--no access to bill pay. Reported yesterday and have case number, but Apple seems unaware of this problem. Also reported to my bank.
According to my credit union, Apple is aware of the problem and has committed to a fix, but no ETA. Thankfully, I only updated my Mac mini and not my MacBook. It works with iOS 18 as well.
Just did the 18.0.1 update and it is working again!
