20h screentime when phone is powered off

I’m not sure how this works but whenever i power my phone off it says i use my screentime for the whole time. it doesn’t specifically say any apps but just says i’ve been using the background since midnight-8am (the time i powered my phone off) so i was wondering if anyone could help with it?

i recently downloaded ios 18 which i think is the problem but im not sure. thanks
