My iPhone 11 will not communicate with ring doorbell (2nd gen) audio when someone is at the door, but, my wife’s iPhone 11 does connect with audio no problem. I have checked all settings suggested online, I have uninstalled/reinstalled the ring app, and I even did a full reset of my iPhone, but still no joy. I know Wi-Fi is good as my wife’s iPhone works with the doorbell audio.
