Unable to add a new payment method on iPad

Just added a new payment method in my iPad. When I tap done I get a message

"Tap continue to request re-enablement" but there is no continue button to tap on the screen? Where is the continue button?

I contacted apple support for the same reason resulting from needing to get a new debit card after it being hacked. apparently they disabled my account because i disputed a charge with my bank that was made through apple but was not me. they enabled my account again and that worked but said i should dispute it through them before my bank if it happens again because multiple chargebacks could cause a permanent disable of my apple account. whack. I guess my advice would be to contact apple and show them proof of what’s going on so they hopefully actually help you. good luck!
