Apple purchase not delivered

On Wednesday 18th September 2024, I purchased the Pro Apps Bundle with the education discount (with the Uni-Days app) on the online Apple website. I have received confirmation of my order including the Volume Licensing and Invoice both via email. The website says they should be delivered to me within 1-3 business days. It's now been a week since my purchase and I haven't received the apps for download. I've checked my emails, junk and bin. My money has been received from them because it is no longer in my account. How do I know when or if it will arrive?
