I have notification on my Mac about iCloud+ price increase but I can't dismiss it. When I try to tap on it, that automatically send me out to the settings section where I was last. Nothing change and notification still here. Maybe someone knows how to solve that problem? Down below I clipped the photo.

I have found the solution. You should logout from your Apple account on your Mac and after that login back. One problem is — all your data will delete from computer and you'll need to restore in from iCloud or from your computer folder that wasn't connected to iCloud.
Can someone from Apple resolve this? After several days it's moving from annoying to irritating!
