How do I listen to my Apple Music subscription without signing into all my Apple stuff?

I'd like to listen to Apple Music on a MacBook Pro that I use at work, but I really don't want to be signed into all my apple account stuff. Is there a way to do this? I don't trust this laptop and I really don't want people to be able to access my iMessages or private emails on it. I just want to stream music using this Apple Music streaming service that I'm paying for. It would be great if there was a way to sign in on *only* the Apple Music app maybe with a code or verification on my phone, rather than having to give this laptop access to all my data via my Apple account. My work login account was hacked a few months ago, and the scariest thing about it was that my work computer was signed into all my Apple services - never again.
