Apple Music "Show View Options" greyed out in playlists created after upgrade to macOS Sequoia 15.0

I have just upgraded to macOS Sequoia 15.0, and I get a malfunctioning in Apple Music. If I create a new playlist and insert songs in it, "Show View Options" in the "View" drop-down menu is greyed out, so changing display options can’t be done. Funnily enough, this is true only of playlists created after the upgrade, since "Show View Options" works fine in previously created playlists.

Any idea why?

I've had this problem too. I finally figured it out. I too always used 'Show View Options' to change the view to change to 'View as Songs'. It turns out, there is another way to do it that I've missed for the past few releases. You can select the Menu option 'View' and then 'as Songs' and then 'View Options' is once again enabled.

Sadly, I cannot seem to get Keyboard Shortcuts in Settings to make a shortcut for the menu item 'as Songs'. I was able to use CustomShortcuts (found in some other thread related to this topic) to create them. From the same thread, found KeyClu, which is a way to show all of your shortcuts for an app.

I hope this helps.
