I recently bought an iBook as a gift for a relative.
The Apple receipt has no indication that the purchase was a gift (or to whome it was gifted), nor does the iTunes purchase history (including the detailed purchase description linked to the Order ID)
How can I find if a purchase was gifted and to who ?

There may be an indirect indication of gifts on the device used to purchase the gifted books, in that those gift purchases do NOT appear in the iBooks purchase history.
Is this the best there is ?
