Software update screen stuck on Apple TV 4k

I recently purchased a new Apple TV 4K and updated software to tvOS 18.0. Since the update, everytime to turn on my Apple TV a software update screen pops up (pic attached) and I can’t remove it unless I turn the TV off and on again. There is also no update to perform as it’s already done.

The screen won’t let me choose to update or defer - I can move and select items in the background per normal Apple TV but this screen just sits over the top.

I’ve tried restarting, resetting and unplugging the Apple TV but this screen still pops up.

Can anyone help with this?
