Why Is my iCloud Storage full despite few Photos?

for very many years I have asked Apple+ here to help me OUT of iCLOUD-iDRIVE. Below I could not pick the proper devices. iCloud -MBP +iPad PRO+ iPhone 12 pro 256 GB and iPhone6 / I also have 200 GB on cloud.I NEVER wanted it= but I also cant get out! Since @me even before-I was told I must get the at ME-then days after, @me was a FLOP! do not understand but SOME ONE put me off to iCLOUD KEPT the @me+added @mac?

I do not understand Time Machine- and never would try to use what I DO not TRUST myself- I cannot follow Directions, I am not a LAZY LOOSER- I want to be able to HAVE My data- and when it is all over - yesterdays photos popping up in MBP- in random file? Im a sinking ship. when I thought it was not syncking anymore " because I have barely any PHOTOS in PHOTOS one has 43 kb!" I LOOKED at "Pictures" and looked at anything with that "icon for PHOTOS" and the most in any Photo Lib is 200 Pictures-no Videos- and so on.YET TRASH has 10GB! Plus any file I attempted to Look at= ended up getting opened in Photos.app and the ending format of these Photos would change to ".db" and could not Open Plus I COULD NOT=choose open with!

All I could do was call support! I HAVE YET TO GET a remedy to anything- IM TOLD THIS:

Im randome- I make no sence- "stick to one topic! I should know by now I have been on here since 2011!

IT IS ONE TOPIC! DESPERATLY I want my data out of CLOUDS/iCLOUD! Apple set up my external HDs NOT ME! They allways did my Back ups too. Know I do not understand. I am incappable.

Here in this Photos it was 2019 said Photo Upgrade- a MIGRATION? Please some one tell me When was Photos Migrating and FROM WHERE? Please- Im serious. Does anyone understand what this screen shot is,please

and says "missing asset? WHAT is that about in 2019! ALL I KNOW is in 2014 iphoto- was moved to Photos? Right ...to my brain then was a migration? And says about .mov! right THIS IS A MYSTERY + why did a album get added "songs of Innosence? and a Booklet with it?I DO NOT CARE TO HAVE IT!

Photos are just one part of it. Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support describes how to delete photos you no longer want, in addition to everything else that comprises your iCloud storage. It answers all those iCloud storage-related questions.

I do not understand Time Machine- and never would try to use what I DO not TRUST myself-

But you understand iCloud? It seems to me Time Machine is much easier to understand:

I agree you should stick to one topic. You're asking a lot of other, unrelated questions. Briefly stated though, the old iPhoto app has been superseded by the Photos app, and the old iPhoto Library was migrated to the new Photos Library. If you use the Photos app, and elected to migrate your old iPhoto Library, you no longer need the old Photos Library and it can be dragged to the Trash.

Dear John,

I mis spoke- I am confused as well as confusing, thank you for replying.

Im Sorry, I do not have a empty iCloud- its 187 or so GBs full!

My iPhone 12 pro- 256 GB...... ALLMOST FULL+ MBP has 47 GB LEFT, HOWEVER= my MBP photo app- Has barely a GB- and I see 3 of these PHOTO-Libs on MBP ! As well as a Photo Booth Lib- / The date shown for photo-booth Is missing MANY YEARS- VIDEOS-PHOTOS. I have 10 grandchildren- Apple Is awful-Because They are who set up external storage- @me they told me+ Set up At Me- with in a week -at me- Was Defunct and Apple Themselves put me on/in iCloud I would not realize this for a long time.

My Life Is Ruined by These Mysteries- I see no way out of iCloud! also I was directed to make a ALIAS-I didn't even know what this term meant and honestly I Still Cant grasp Why it was - is needed, This alias I was told Would never be my ID = I was so upset I created a not nice alias& My REAL APPLE ID IS MISSING AND THE "alias" Apple Demands is my Apple ID!

I was told I could never Sign in-out with that Alias! Then I was told so many different scenarios- And Made fun of in person.. I must Get out of iCloud I have external HDs with plenty of room- I cant determine What Images-are on which external device-There are multiples and possibly used on windows? or is it that I see Apple Using Windows/ in my MBP- AS I HAD SEEN BOOTCAMP WIN USED IN MBP-AND MB! plus saw Apple stuff

"files folders" on my Lenovo=I wouldn't ever set Apple in Win nor Win in Apple! There also was One Drive in my MBP!

Its been years I am TRAPPED! Petrified to Try-

Too many things have been " not expected" Never told-or explained/ Meaning They in store set up-created backups- wipeouts - New devices- And so on- They know my learning disability's Have Mistreated me scream leave Im not Welcomed there! And this was not a situation/ I was not arguing- there was zero challenge and I was told to go physically to store to get out of iCloud! Im missing Too much So They refuse to help Yet don't take Responsibility for What They Did? and then Scream at me- false phone calls-hang ups + so much more! I do not want a fight I need my life back- I do not understand How Apple Takes so much money and gas lights- Abuse me? Im trying and trying- my post gets deleted! At store a manager there "says I have a masters in Computer science!" and I talk with you all the time" Why say these random things? Threat? or Belittle me?

I cant fix what they have done- I have been misdirected to come in Wasting hours! Wheeling a suitcase because I was told to bring all in! then told not welcomed? we cant do iCloud? Yet always had?

Where was this "PASSWORD what is it associated with " anything- What does this mean anyway!

I was never ever even aware of sign in with!

And some relay! Then I saw some relay next to it said "BETA"

They keep piling creepy attributes I cant comprehend/ then they change their Ideas almost to FIX?

I can not use these things- Im 64 not a child- or a tech.. Do not want my photos facts gone- Paid money to ruin my days and nights? I want to use my data! I cannot. It seems unfair and cruel And Un necessary - I do not agree to new System usage-changes..... For what I purchased well before- Just stop it! How can I rise above and away from this Chaos.
