Go to Apple > System Settings > Network and create a new Wi-Fi service.

see > Set up a network service on Mac - Apple Support

Then see if you can turn on, setup and connect using that newly created Wi-Fi service.

Thanks, I have rebooted the Mac, and I don't have a VPN.

I have run the diagnostics and all it says is Wi-Fi is off!! which I know

I can't reset Wi-Fi settings as Wi-Fi will not turn on and nothing happens when I click on Details

I can't reset Wi-Fi sleep mode or clear DNS cache for the same reason

Its not a case of router or VPN issues or wi-fi range, I can't turn the Wi-Fi on on the Mac and all other devices have no issues sat next to this Mac mini
