New iCloud agreement in Sequoia.

I recently updated my M2 MacAir to Sequoia. Afterwards there was a new agreement for iCloud. On my screen that square was mostly blank with just a small square at the bottom that had the "I agree" box to check and nothing else. Although I can check the box, there is nothing else so I can't get rid of the box. It shows up in the system setting icon every time I wake up my computer. Any idea on how to get the entire agreement to show up or, after checking the "I agree" box to get it to accept it?

Thanks,

Jim B.
