Lost playlists after phone contract change
After upgrading my phone and expecting my Apple subscription to cancel one month after my previous payment I found within only a few hours my playlist and music had been removed before I’ve got my new phone. I don’t think this is right as I’ve paid for the month already.
Please reinstate my Apple Music as I had set it up including playlist until the end of my payment month. Moreover, I do not understand why Apple needs to delete playlists simply do not play the tune. Please update your policy on this. This is to your detriment because I may consider buying music through Apple but then can no longer find the songs!
