After upgrading to iOS 18, my CarPlay is completely messed up. It is not connecting to my 2024 Toyota Tundra. When it does connect, it plays music from the wrong speaker, the one dedicated for announcements. If I touch my phone, it gets disconnected. In short, it's a complete mess. I thought my truck's entertainment system was the problem, but when I checked with another phone running an older version of iOS, everything worked perfectly.

Apple please fix this. I’m not getting an iPhone next time if yall can’t test one of your biggest integrations before pushing substantial updates.

Same here . iPhone 16 pro max, 1tb. Wired CarPlay no longer working in my 2018 Audi sq5. Tried 4 different cords . Including the apple cord . Bought a new Belkin 3.0 us c cord and still no luck. This is an iOS 18.01 problem.
