Wrist dent from apple watch

I’ve been wearing my watch for almost two years now and recently noticed a dent on my wrist. Has anyone else noticed this and what can you do about this other than stop wearing it

The subcutaneous fat layer is the deepest layer of the skin and is made up of fat cells and collagen. Your observation is normal and may be an indication of wearing your strap too tight. It’s no different than wearing undergarments that have elastic bands that are too tight. The marks typically disappear after a week or two as the fat layer redistributes itself.
