sound keyboard turn off

Normal mapping will put the sound controls like this:

F10 - Mute

F11 - Volume Down

F12 - Volume Up

Check System Settings... > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts... > Function Keys to see if the keys have been set to function as standard function keys instead.

Open System Settings... and then type "click key" in the Search field at the top of the settings window.

You should be shown the option for 'Use click key sounds'. Click on that to access the control.
