How can I add space between my eyes and lens of Apple Vision Pro?

Hi! I'm Max from Italy. I just bought an used AVP from a friend in SF. I asked him to buy Zeiss insert because i need them for read (+1.50)

When i turn on AVP every time, pop up an alert says that my eyes are too close to the lens and i need to use the other W+ (and I already use that) How can i add space between my eyes and lens? (sorry for my english) also happens that with my eyelash i get dirty all the lens.
