Problem with adding my Outlook account to my iOS Mail app

I am trying to add this account to my Mail app on my iphone, but it says that it can't be verified because there is an issue trying to connect to the server. My iphone is an iphone 6, so it doesn't allow me to open my email in a browser or in the outlook app. I have tried to add the account as both an outlook and microsoft exchange app, but with both options it is unable to verify. Also, when I try to update or add this account, it says I am entering the wrong password, even though it is the right password when opening the account in my computer, I have two-factor authentication off, so that isn't the issue. What should I do?
