Why does my Apple Music playlist keep disordering?

I spent a while organising my playlist on apple music so that everything was in the order i wanted it today i go to add a song and put that in the correct order and suddenly my playlist isnt in the correct order anymore and everythings all over the place i havent changed the organisation of it all i did was try to add one song and everytime i try to fix it the same thing happens
