I'm sick of using my phone all the time or logging in thru google I just wan to be able to download insta snap and Facebook to save all the trouble of singing in thru a web or without downloading exemption apps that make me sign in again and again please help

Complain to Meta and Snap. The developers of those apps need to provide the app for your computer in order for you to download it. Apple does not make any of those apps and Meta that has Facebook and Instagram wants you to use the Web interface on your computer. The same is true for SnapChat. They are perfectly capable of creating their apps for your computer, but choose not to.
If the providers of Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook only provide Web interfaces, and you want native Mac applications, complain to them about it.
