iPhone 16 pro can’t focus for biometric confirmation for banking apps

So HBL and allied can be solved by visiting nearest branch. So far Alfalah we have to wait for updates to solve the issue. Rest banks like Faysal and Silk dont need digital biometrics to engage

And do you know what’s the reason for it? Is it the Mobile application or iOS bug? And secondly, is it working perfectly fine on any other iPhone?

Works fine on other iPhones. Maybe they will update applications to support

This issue is only in iPhone 16 series and hope so will be ok in the upcoming iOS update 18.1 on 28 October!

I am also facing same issue on my iphone 16 pro. The camera cannot focus on the fingers.

Few Apps dont need biometrics, HBL requires but can be done by visiting nearest branch. Jazz cash, Easypaisa and Alfalah needs in App. Hope they update it soon

fyi HBL not allowed in branch bio metric, i have visited branch and they told this mobile app biometric only can done via only mobile not in branch same told me HBL helpline

With all due respect, im using HBL. Within app it says get digital biometric done or visit nearest branch to get it done. My issue was solved in Branch

I'm experiencing the same issue with Alfalah, Meezan, and Easypaisa. :( I read somewhere that hiding the camera flash might help, but it didn't work for me.
